Shipping within the United States takes up to 5 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping on orders over $80 to the contiguous U.S. We use USPS or UPS for all deliveries. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.
Rest of the world shipping takes 7 business days depending on location and pandemic cross border conditions. We utilize UPS for all international orders. We offer free international shipping on orders over $250. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.
Shipping to Canada takes 7 business days depending on location, but expect delays due to COVID. We offer free shipping to Canada on orders over $150. If you have a special delivery request please contact us.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 10:30am (PST) on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 1-3 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information. Thank you so much!
Refunds and Exchanges
We sell food items, that's why we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. We will proceed with providing you a mailing address to return the item you consider defective.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Taxes and Duties
Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs for international packages, are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
